
Have started trying to gain back fitness...it's so so hard, especially when u havent really exercised in a long time..my arms and legs have gone weak, my whole body's muscles have losen up already, so it's time to get some things back in place.. Other things i have realised is dat i have put on abt 10kg ever since i left sec sch!! argh!! dat really sucks badly..so must try to lose a little weight here and there also, haha
